Yes I do… I usually change it up after 2 weeks. Give my body a nice shock lol. It also keeps my workouts interesting & never boring. Once you are getting bored with the workout you need to switch it up.
I know it’s not easy to get back into it. One step at a time.. never start off with hardcore workouts. Just one step at a time. Even if it’s just 20-30 mins. It will become a nice healthy habit. Times when I’m just like god no I don’t wanna work out today lol.. but you feel so much better when you exercise your body. It’s a big mood booster that’s for sure. You can do it. All about training that mind.

Yes I have to.. I like having a nice body.. a good ass, arms & legs & stomach ain’t gonna stay In shape if I don’t workout lol plus I wanna look nice for my man & even more so since I got a wedding coming up 😂 - days where I don’t feel like it but I have to push it..it relieves stress.. plus it’s a mood uplifter. The more intense my workouts are the better I feel afterwards 🤗

Thanks… not much to really share except that it takes a lot of sessions even thou all bodies different.. I’ve had laser done everywhere from underarms, arms, legs, thighs, on my stomach, full Brazilian including inside the ass and asscheeks. Best thing I’ve ever done.. took a lot of sessions but it was worth it (plus saving me thousands from having to wax and shave which so glad I don’t ever have to do again)… wasn’t really uncomfortable I got used to it. 💋
So…downloaded this running app.. thanks to my girl @mini-me-ow for telling me about it. If you hate working out..here’s a way to make it fun. Download Zombies, Run! I so can’t wait to test this baby out when back from Vacay.
